Scope and operator
These terms cover browsing nexusatlas.app, reading its material, and submitting its forms. The site is operated by “Nexus Atlas” Ltd, a single-member limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria, UIC (tax ID) 208756891, identified on the legal page.
Use of Nexus Atlas software — evaluation builds included — is governed by the separate written agreement under which each build is issued; nothing on this website grants a licence to anything.
Evaluation builds
Evaluation builds are issued to people we have spoken to, for agreed platforms, organizations, time periods and use cases. Pre-release software may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Provide accurate information when requesting access, and protect account credentials and device keys.
Acceptable use
Do not use the website or supplied software to violate law, interfere with networks, bypass authorization, attack systems, distribute malicious traffic, infringe rights, or create unreasonable load. Testing against third-party networks requires their permission. Security findings follow the coordinated-disclosure route referenced by this site’s /.well-known/security.txt.
Availability and changes
The website is informational and provided as-is. Software, relays, traversal services and evaluation features may change or be withdrawn; service commitments, support boundaries and notice requirements exist only in signed agreements — deliberately, so a web page is never mistaken for a contract.
Ownership and feedback
Nexus Atlas and its licensors retain their rights in the software, services, documentation, branding and website content. Customer data and pre-existing materials remain with their owners. Any feedback licence for evaluation participants is stated in the signed agreement under which the build was issued.

The content of this website is provided for general information only, “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied — including as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. It may contain discrepancies, inaccuracies, errors, omissions or statements that development has since overtaken, and may change or be removed at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and its managers, employees and partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive, including loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill — arising out of or in connection with the use of, reliance on, or inability to use this website or its content, including any discrepancy, inaccuracy, error, omission or misstatement, whether the claim sounds in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and even if advised of the possibility of such damage. Any reliance you place on material from this website is strictly at your own risk. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Warranty, liability, indemnity and service-level terms for the software and services exist only in the signed agreement that governs each deployment.
Governing law and contact
These website terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, where the operator is established; disputes arising from them fall to the competent Bulgarian courts.
